This year's autumn season opened with an exciting exhibition: "HAVE YOU SEEN HER" by Ellinor Euler. The title of a new work created for this exhibition was the name of the exhibition to which the Berlin artist introduced the guests on the evening of the opening. Throughout her life, she created a wide variety of objects and drawings over the years, also during her architecture studies, in which the spatial and thus cultural changes of her artist in residence abroad were repeatedly incorporated. In particular, the world of colors and the extraordinary fabrics of India inspired her to create unique, line-like works. Part of the exhibition is dedicated to this oeuvre alone.
Two young, up-and-coming musicians have approached this diversity in an unusual way. Both, Max Grimm and August Christian Hübner, are currently students at the Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy University of Music and Theatre in Leipzig and have already received many awards for their musical achievements. Together they visited Ellinor Euler in her studio in Berlin and were inspired by her works and an interesting artist exchange on a new composition for the vernissage. True to their motto "Live to your own melody and do not dance to the notes of others", August Hübner created the piece, which was interpreted by Max Grimm. A deep immersion in the world of objects and sounds gripped the guests. Ellinor Euler and the two musicians opened up an interesting exchange on music and art during the concert. A unique and moving prelude to the new exhibition.
