With great enthusiasm, young and old alike accepted the invitation to this year's Theatre Days in the Stadtstadel. For the puppet theatre ensemble Weites Theater from Berlin, the Stadtstadel is now one of the fixed spring dates in their repertoire. The two successful plays "The Legend of William Tell" and the classic children's book "The Coffee Gets Cold at the Fire Brigade" once again had an enormous effect on the Kempten audience. With three performances, all age groups, from the age of three, could find their suitable performance.
Each played as a one-person play, the often specially designed and handmade figures helped to transfer the content of the stories in an entertaining way. Whether Schiller or Hüttner, the social issues, sometimes dramatic, sometimes every day topics, let the audience reflect on important questions of our time anew. Fun and serious at the same time, the modern productions made a visit to the theatre a special experience. Many are already looking forward to the presentation in April 2027.
