The sculptures and reliefs of the exhibition "Turning Points - Light and Stone" by Thomas Lucker welcomed visitors with great liveliness and it was as if they wanted to tell their very personal story right away. Larissa Richter, pianist and composer from Munich, got involved in these individual stories and entered into an intensive dialogue with them according to her own feelings. Translated into the works of composers from the 19th and 20th centuries, supplemented by her own compositions, a sound space was created in which music and stone immersed themselves in an inspiring conversation. All piano pieces, starting with Franz Schubert, Claude Debussy, Arvo Pärt, Frédéric Chopin, Max Richter up to Wilfried Hiller focused on the elements of water and stone as well as the night and its stars. Her concert was framed by her own compositions and improvisations on individual sculptures. A visibly moved sculptor Thomas Lucker once again introduced the interested audience to his world of thoughts and his style of sculpture. The dialogue between pianist and sculptor completed the guests' enjoyment of art. A great conclusion to a very well-attended exhibition.
